Simply email us at customerservice@wilwarinwings.com to get further instructions on how to return the item. You will receive a full refund (minus shipping and handling) or a replacement item. The returned item must be in new, unworn condition and be in its original packaging. The full purchase price minus shipping and handling will be refunded by check. The transaction for the refund will take approximately five to seven business days to process once the item is back in our possession.
